Two copyright categories are operative on the RRIS platform. These are the Crown Open Access Licence governing published research papers and the Crown Reserved Rights covering the RRIS platform. Under the Crown Open Access Licence, the Academic Committee stipulates and guarantees that research papers published in RRIS be freely accessible without any forms of restriction. The Crown Open Access Licence is our term for the gold open access equivalent to the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International licence || CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 .
Under Our Crown Reserved Rights, all rights to the RRIS platform, including content (except research papers), design, structure, and sourcecode are reserved by the copyright owner, The Royal Family Innovation and Study Hub.
